The five bedroom property is perfect for small groups of up 5 guests (private rooms for everyone) or larger groups of up to 10 guests by sharing of rooms/beds. Our priority is convenience and facilities for all groups and ages: two SmartTVs, fast Wi-Fi, a fully equipped kitchen and dining area, outdoor covered patio with seating and gas BBQ, ducted heating/cooling throughout.
To support accessibility, our single level property features a ramped entrance and covered parking.
Leura Village and the Blue Mountains
The Mountains are renowned for numerous, expansive lookouts. The nearest to our property is Sublime Point Lookout. It's just a 5 minutes drive/45 minutes walk along Gladstone Road.
The Blue Mountains National Park is awash with a huge choice of walks suitable for all levels. The popular 19km Grand Cliff Top Walk, can begin right from the doorstep of our house. Detailed, guidebooks that we've specifically bookmarked and annotated to easily identify easy bushwalks to challenging hikes are all in the house.
Those unfamiliar with the area can rest easy knowing it's located in the village of Leura, arguably one of the prettiest and safest suburbs in the Blue Mountains.
The tree‑lined heart of the village, Leura Mall offers cafés, restaurants, and shops is only 3 minutes by car or a comfortable 15‑minute walk away from the house.
Getting There
Our place, in the heart of the World Heritage listed Blue Mountains, is easy to reach from Sydney.
By car, we're one and half hours drive from Sydney CBD, roughly 100km via the M4 Western Motorway. At the end of the motorway, drive 45 minutes towards Katoomba. We're at the turning before Leura Village.
No car? No worries! Leura train station is close by. Getting there is a two hour train journey from Sydney's Central Station direct to the Blue Mountains. From Leura Station, it's an easy 15 minute walk to the property.
